What does it cost and what’s included?
How much does a website cost?
Our Starter package starts from £995 for a 5-page site. The Growth package is from £1,995 for up to 10 pages with StoryBrand messaging and advanced SEO. Premium projects start at £3,500+. We’ll recommend the right option for you after our initial chat, with final pricing depending on the number of pages, features and overall complexity.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Every quote is fixed and includes everything we’ve agreed. Hosting and ongoing support is a separate optional care plan at £75/month — but that’s clearly stated upfront, not buried in small print.
Do I need to pay upfront?
We take 50% before we start and 50% on completion, before launch. For larger projects we can discuss a payment schedule that works for both sides.
What’s included in the care plan?
Hosting, SSL, daily backups, security monitoring, WordPress and plugin updates, up to 30 minutes of content changes per month, and priority support. Everything you need to keep your site running without thinking about it.

How does it work from start to finish?
Do I need to provide the content?
No. We write all the content for you using the StoryBrand messaging framework — clear, customer-focused copy designed to turn visitors into enquiries. You just review and approve.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites are live within 2–4 weeks. Larger projects with e-commerce or custom functionality may take longer. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start.
What do you need from me to get started?
A 20-minute chat about your business, your customers, and your goals. That’s it. We handle everything else — design, content, SEO, hosting, and setup.
How many rounds of revisions do I get?
Starter includes 2 rounds. Growth and Premium include unlimited revisions until you’re happy. We’d rather get it right than rush it out the door.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We can rebuild your existing site with modern design, clear messaging, and proper SEO foundations. We’ll advise on the best approach — sometimes a fresh build is better than trying to fix what’s there.

Will my website work on mobile?
Every website we build is mobile-first. That means we design for phones first, then scale up to tablets and desktops. Over half your visitors will be on mobile — your site needs to work perfectly for them..
What about hosting and domain names?
We handle everything. Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, email setup, DNS configuration — all included. If you already have hosting or a domain, we can work with that too..
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. Your site is built on WordPress, so you can make basic content changes yourself. We provide a walkthrough after launch. And if you’d rather not — that’s what the care plan is for..
