The brief

Annie needed a website that matched her energy

Annie Stirk is a silver model, broadcaster, and age-positive advocate based in Brandsby, North Yorkshire. After decades in food, television, and media — including five years as a food stylist on ITV’s This Morning — she’d started a new chapter as a model and public speaker in her seventies.

She needed a website that told her story clearly, showcased her modelling and media work, and made it easy for brands, charities, and broadcasters to get in touch. The existing online presence didn’t reflect who she is or what she offers.

What Annie needed

A single-page site that tells her full story

Sections for modelling, media, current projects, and blog

Photo galleries for press and photoshoots

A clear way for brands and press to contact her

Mobile-first design that works on every device

The challenge

A career that defies a single label

Annie’s story spans broadcasting, food, media, modelling, and advocacy. The challenge was designing a site that covers all of that without feeling cluttered or confusing.

Multiple audiences

Brands looking for a model, charities seeking a speaker, press wanting a story — the site needed to serve all three clearly.

Rich story, simple structure

35+ years of career history had to feel engaging and easy to scan, not like a CV or Wikipedia entry.

Visual-first

Modelling and media work needs to be seen, not just described. The design had to let photography lead.

The solution

One Site, Nine Sections, One clear story

We designed a single-page website that flows like a narrative — from who Annie is, through what she does, to how to work with her.

01

Bold hero with tagline

“Silver. Sassy. Unstoppable.” — three words that capture exactly who Annie is. Full-width, impactful, sets the tone immediately.

02

Storytelling bio section

Annie’s career told in her own voice — warm, honest, and engaging. Not a bullet-pointed CV, but a story people want to read.

03

Current projects showcase

Cards for each active project — Mrs York Galaxy Pageant, Smart Works, ageism awareness — showing she’s active and in demand.

04

Photo galleries

Full-width image sections for photoshoots and media appearances. The photography does the selling — we just gave it room to breathe.

05

Blog integration

A blog section for Annie to share her thoughts and build an audience. Content marketing that supports her personal brand long-term.

06

Clear contact pathway

A simple, prominent contact section making it easy for brands, press, and charities to reach Annie directly.

My new website has exceeded my expectations, and Neil and Siobhan made the whole process so easy. It’s not only a stunning showcase for what I do, but a dynamic platform I can keep building with photos, videos, and blogs
